Metro on Central is a student accommodation complex offering parking and communal facilities at a reasonable price. The complex consists of 64 townhouses each containing 3 bedrooms.

All townhouses are fully furnished and each bedroom has its own ensuite and either fans or air conditioning. Residents share a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining room and laundry. Located just 10 minutes’ drive from Griffith University’s Gold Coast campus, they have a private shuttle bus leaving Metro on Central five-six times a day during semester (additional charges apply for bus).

University Village is a boutique style student accommodation complex on the Gold Coast, centrally located between the Health and Knowledge precinct of Griffith University and Gold Coast University Hospital. A two-story building within a short walk to Gold Coast campus, the property overlooks a tranquil reserve and is nestled in a peaceful bush location.

As the complex is located away from the main road, we’re sheltered from traffic noises, making University Village an ideal place to live and study.
